Alice in Okaharaland

This is a Alice in Wonderland triptych Julie did for her 2nd Saturday show at Shine last month. It is really spectacular!!! She also did smaller pieces of the other characters that were just adorable. Aw Alice, how we all love you.

Cuiouser & Cuiouser

Here is a little sampling of the 26 one of a kind centerpieces I made for the volunteer event. Some of them were really elaborate and a few you could tell where I was beginning to lose steam. I will have to track down more photos because I know there are a lot more out there. The last picture are the stand up figures Julie made to go around a giant purple velvet fairytale reading chair that you could sit in and have your photo taken. Everyone loved it!!! They even raffled off quite a few of my centerpieces. Quite a success IMHO.

Brave New World

Birthday party tonight in Alameda for my dear friend Illyanna. Amazing food, amazing friends, and just down the street from her lovely 1920s era apartment, this fantastic little beach with a spectacular view of San Francisco. I also met an old friend of her's, Roderick Constance, an illustrator extraordinaire and her good friend Damien Cabrera who I could have talked with forever. Such a great night!!! Happy Birthday Illy!!!! I love you greatly!!!!
